Elke dag 5 arbeidsongevallen in horeca

Jaarlijks vinden in de horeca ongeveer 1.700 arbeidsongevallen plaats; dit komt neer op bijna vijf per dag. Deze arbeidsongevallen leiden tot 37.000 dagen arbeidsongeschiktheid. Verzekeraar AXA analyseerde de cijfers van 7.300 horecazaken. Daarbij werd gekeken naar het profiel van de slachtoffers, het soort letsels dat zij opliepen en de momenten waarop de meeste ongevallen gebeurden.
