Artikel 99 ARAB eindelijk opgeheven

Het Koninklijk Besluit van 19 mei 2010 tot opheffing van artikel 99 van het Algemeen Reglement voor de Arbeidsbescherming (ARAB) verscheen op 3 juni 2010 in het staatsblad. Dat artikel 99 was tot voor de publicatie van CAO 100 de enige regel in de Belgische welzijnswetgeving rond alcohol op het werk. Het verbood werknemers om alcohol mee te brengen naar de werkplaats.
